• Warm honey lemon: one spoon in warm (not boiling) water with a squeeze of lemon.
• Instead of sugar in strong tea: try it in Ceylon or pu-erh.
• On toast or kaya toast: a thin layer over butter.
• As a glaze: brush over chicken wings or roast pork in the last 5 minutes.

Most honey in Singapore tastes the same: sweet and not much else. This one doesn’t. It’s a dark raw honey from Brazil, infused with watercress and eucalyptus, so it has real body and a herbal edge that stands up to strong flavours.
