Essential Care Pack consist of:

1 x Propolis Capsules 400mg (60 capsules)
1 x Propolis Extract A/F 25ml
1 x Raw Honey 290g

Essential Direction:

Raw Honey –
Phlegm – 1 Soup Spoon Honey on its own and leave in throat for 5 mins (Every 3 hrs)
Maintenance – 2 tbsp. & Water (Once Daily)
Propolis Extract –
Immunity – 3 to 6 drip  (Daily) (Hold a sip of water in mouth before dripping, wash down with water or you may mix it with drinks to consume)
Stomach Discomfort – 1 full tincture (every 3 hr) (Hold a sip of water in mouth before dripping, wash down with water))
